How to avoid being a ‘panda’ in your local shopping centre

People in Sydney’s CBD have taken to social media to complain about people trying to sell them a house that is on the market for $3 million.

It is not unusual to see people selling out their home for thousands of dollars, but for one Sydney man, his house has been sold to an international company for $2 million.

“I don’t know what they’re thinking but they’re selling out of this house for a massive amount of money, which is a really, really big amount of cash,” he said.

The man, who wished to remain anonymous, is not the only one complaining about people selling their homes.

Some people have been selling houses on their block for hundreds of thousands of Australian dollars and even more.

“When they sell it, they sell the house, not the house itself,” he told ABC News.

The buyer was not available for comment.

But it seems people are buying their homes on a daily basis.

“People are just trying to make a quick buck, I mean you could sell it for $10,000 and still get a $2m payment,” he added.

“It’s a really bizarre thing that we’re seeing.”ABC/wires
